More Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the photographs.

Furthermore contained in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and features a legend labelling distinct areas of the land.

Alongside this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for marina coverings.

More materials made public as part of the current investigative release.
